It is the largest city in North Carolina and is nicknamed the "Queen City" in honor of the Princess Charlotte of Mecklenburg. its a safe complex. never had any problems with loud neighbors. always have a good parking spot. if i have a problem with my ac or drain once i put in a request someone comes in a timely manner to get things fixed and working again.

The complex is great. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The residents seem a little distance from one another but maybe they all need to get to know one another. The facility has a car wash, laundy, exercise room and a great media room for all residents to use 24 hours a day.

It's quiet and friendly. Great neighbors, great staff, the location is perfect (aside from no left turns when you leave) and there isn't a day where I worry about safety or something going wrong.

Living at The Paddock at Springfield is very peaceful. I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls, like in many apartments. The apartments themselves are also beautiful. Everyone is very friendly. I just love it here!

It very quiet here. Everyone is so polite on the staff. The apartments are so nice and I forget that I live in an apartment. I do hear my upstairs neighbors quite a bit but im sure they hear us as well, (just part of living in any apartment).
