Very Peaceful and serene. I moved here last year and every request that I have made was handled promptly. The apartments have excellent insulation, so very little noise from neighbors. The grounds are kept manicured and an added plus is the valet trash!!! Trash picked up right from your front door.

I like living here. The location is great except for the lack of adequate bus service. I don't shop but for anyone that does, they have a plethora of stores to choose from...Concord Mills Mall and Northlake Mall are both within short driving distances. The staff here are very helpful and a pleasure to speak with about any concerning issue you may have. My experience has been that 'Now is a good time for you.' In other words, they are never too busy to speak with or serve you. The grounds are well maintained and the Maintenance staff are all professional, friendly and prompt in my experience.

I like that friendly service everytime I walk into the office. I love the amenities that it offers with your rent such as the free cable/internet, the 24 hour computer lab.

Pretty good place to live. Have been here a long time. Most of the staff (personnel have come and gone over time) are friendly, courteous, and professional. Quiet, "country" type environment with lots of trees and a few singing birds and lots of fresh air. Away from the "hustle and bustle" of downtown Charlotte yet accessible to I-485 and I-85. Convenient to local malls in Charlotte and nearby Concord. Also only a ten minute walk to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Some mass transportation available but Bus service could stand a LOT of improvement (only twice on weekday mornings and evenings for the regular bus. And even though a shuttle started to UNCC recently, it only runs four days a week and is tied to the school schedule, therefore no service during semester breaks, Holidays, or Summer).

The management and maintenance of Pavilion Crossings is great. I renewed my lease primarily based upon the fact that they are quick to respond to any maintenance issues I have had-which were few, plus they keep up the grounds very nicely.

It all started with one call. I inquired, I got my questions answered, then I moved in. It was painless, just the way it should be. I should also mention that I'm comparing this experience with 3 other apartment complexes that I've inquired at: Mission Matthews, Sardis Apartments, and Matthews Crossing.

The location is great. The place it kept very clean. The office staff is very helpful always delightful. I am so glad that I moved here. It is definitely the nicest place in all of Union County.

I've appreciated everything the staff has done for me from the moment I stepped into the office to inquire to the day I've moved in. They made the process such a breeze compared to three other apartment complexes I've inquired at along Independence Blvd in Matthews. All other three have approved my application but I chose to live here for three main reasons - location, ease of application, and great staff.

Meridian is a nice place and the staff is very helpful. My overall experience has been very positive. It's very clean and well maintained. Staff is super responive and really make this a nice place to live. My only complaint is parking. It is absolutely horrible! There are not enough spaces, especially at night. Having lived in several apartment complexes in different states, I'm used to bad parking. Unfortunately, this is the worst. Not enough spaces, too many spaces that can't fit a normal vehicle, and no way to enforce resident vs visitor parking. Most neighbors are very friendly, quiet, and respectful. However, a minority are very disrespectful when it comes to parking, not staying within the spots, hitting other vehicles with doors, etc. (I would not live here if I had a newer vehicle!) Assigned parking is the only way to resolve this, since many residents have more vehicles than adults. If the parking problems got resolved, this would be an exceptional place to live.

We have had a great experience at Forest Oaks and we would reccomend it to anyone. There is noise due to children playing but never at an unreasonable hour. We are living in an apartment, everyone is close so it should be kept in mind that you have to expect those things and not complain but every little thing. The landscape is well tended, overall it is a very welcoming and comfortable place to live.

I have lived at Forest Oaks for 8 years and I will be moving out at the end of June. Over the past 8 years I have seen a lot of people come and ago; some not always the best neighbors to have, some on the noisey side and some who simply did not care about the cleanliness of the complex but the staff (Linda and Angie) are very friendly and prompt to address any situation that may come up and even though my apartment is a bit outdated I have enjoyed living at Forest Oaks. The grounds are absolutely lovely and the pool is open year round.
