It is a nice place to live. Any problems I have had have been dealt with promptly and courteously by the staff...even at 3 am when my smoke detector wouldn't shut off. The office staff are very nice.

First of all the staff is excellent, they go beyond my expectations when serving their residents. For example, I was expecting a package but was not home to receive it, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The complex is very clean, well maintained and safe. I chose this apartment not only because if it's proximity to down town Raleigh, but the recommendation of fellow residents.
