The residents are friendly, not disruptive, the parking is awesome, and the staff - maintenance & office - are friendly & prompt to respond to any request - big or little - they go out of their way to help you. They even installed my ceiling fans for free, when the lowest quote for the same service was $150. How awesome. : ) The layout in the apartments is beautiful, and feels very open. I've had friends over & they all said something nice about my place, and one friend was impressed with the feel of the apartment - he has about the same square footage but his apartment feels cramped - and costs more. My utility bills are low - and I keep the thermostat at 70 degrees in the summer. When we had triple digit temps - my highest utility bill was $90.

The apartments are spacious and beautiful, the landscaping and buildings are well maintained. If I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of quickly, and the staff is responsive, pleasant and highly skilled. The apartment staff is friendly, and help maintain a quiet, homey feel to the complex. This is my second time to live in Mayfaire Apartments, I lived here in 2005-2006 when I moved to Cary, now that I'm back in Raleigh it's the complex I wanted to return to. We are close to major shopping centers and 540, and we have plenty of parking and assigned spaces.
