Living at Sherwood station is very comfortable, between the neighbors and community feel of the property, the overall experience is very much like home. Sherwood Station is also conveniently located to Winston-Salem, and allows for easy access to it many parts.

It's very refreshing in an area riddled with urban sprawl, to be in walking distance of a late night gas station, Walgreens, YMCA, Tanning salon, a lovely park, and plenty more. It's possible to be unlucky and get a loud neighbor, but the office is great about taking noise complaints and loitering hooligan complaints seriously. All the shopping is conveniently located, and despite insinuations of safety I feel very safe. I'm a 27 year old caucasian woman, and I walk to the corner store in the middle of the night frequently without issue.

I think that Sherwood Station is a nice place to live. There could be some improvements but you will see that everywhere. Typically whenever a complaint comes in they are diligent in getting to the bottom of the problem and correcting it. Maintenance is great when something needs fixed or repaired. The ladies in the office Kena and Jennifer are very friendly and will help in any way they can to make your stay wonderful. Overall I feel like Sherwood station will continue to be the place I call home for a long time.
