We are going on 2 years at blackthorn and the staff is super to deal with. The grounds are kept up nice and clean.I guess we would tell everyone to come and join the best place in Greensboro to live in peace and harmony.

First, it's in a great area w/ amazing schools. I feel very safe and my building is pretty quiet!! The grounds are always taken care of every morning. I see Steve (maintenance) hard at work from the time I leave/arrive 8a and throughout the day doing a phenomenal job! He is the nicest person and the rest of the staff as well are so friendly. I have no issues. At first plumbing was iffy.Steve immediately fixed 3 of the plumbing issues and the only thing left that I am use to at this point is the toilet running every 20 minutes. The layout is great. The kitchen is great. The apartment is slightly outdated but nothing major. Still has a homey feel. I really enjoy living here! Did I mention ... STEVE ROCKS!! It's so nice to have friendly staff/maintenance that you know care and do their job as prompt and thorough as possible. Always waving or saying hi. Says a lot about the community
