Lakemont is wonderful! It is such a peaceful, serene community. I really feel that this is the best value apartment in Greensboro. The landlady is sweet, pleasant, and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and effective. The apartments are attractive. The best part, though, is the wonderful green surroundings! This morning I woke up to find deer walking past my window. You don't find that at just any apartment. Highly, highly recommended!

Lakemont is quiet. In fact in the time that I have lived here I have only met one of my neighbors, but that's alright because everyone is friendly, waves when you pass and keeps to themselves. In my apartment I can sometimes hear the neighbors' water heaters, or if they slam a cabinet, but usually it's quiet. The only thing I wish was that the apartments included a larger patio. There is a lot of space out here, and so many more architectural and design possibilities.

I would tell them that it is the best kept secret in Greensboro. The community is quite, affordable and very friendly. It is close to everything in Greensboro

If you're looking for the closest thing to having your own home, nestled in the woods yet in the center of a wonderful part of town, Lakemont is for you. It doesn't feel like an apartment complex, your privacy is respected, no-one living above or below your unit, affordably priced, quiet, secure, comfortable driving distance to amenities....a wonderful place to live.
