it's generally pretty quiet, though some of the kids are getting out of hand lately. the pool is nicer than some and the tennis & racquetball courts are nice amenities, but the exercise room is lacking. some residents aren't too diligent about cleaning up their pets' waste. the office staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be nice. stephania and allison make a point of knowing people. maintenance seems to stay under the radar by doing the bare minimum.

I love living in Berrington Village. Not only are the apartments beautiful but the landscaping and view of the mountains is spectacular. The apartments are spacious. They feature new beautiful appilcances and have a modern feel to them. A huge plus, I rarely hear my neighbors. These apartments are built and insulated very well. The pool, movie theater and fitness room are state of the art. Shirley, Hayden and Stacey are always helpful, professional and go the extra mile to address anty question or concern. Love that Berrington is minutes outside of downtown and very convenient to all knids of shopping. I am so happy I moved here. A wonderful place to call Home!!!

Reasonably priced. Professional staff. Quite. Great location to everything! Nicely landscaped and grounds kept clean. Best to ask for an apt upgrade before you move in as the complex is older and some apts need new carpet and fixtures. We never have to hunt for a good parking place, although many residents do not abide by the speed rules. Not something management can help. Electric is always under $70 in our 2 BR...Seems to be insulated very well. Would like to see a cement or concrete walk way/jogging path around the lake.

Large apartments at a great price with great amenities. The apartments are located in a great location for shopping, schools and different activities. The leasing team is great and they make sure my needs are always met. I love the grounds, there's a pool and fitness center that are both 100 percent functional. I never have to fight over a parking space and I have my own privacy in and around my apartment. These apartments offer more than a lot of the other apartment communities at a better price, which is great!!

The apartment homes and grounds area beautiful. I love the staff, if you need anything they're always on the job that day. The team makes sure you are always pleased and happy, they always go out of the way. Great location to start or raise kids. Everything is close by, great and safe location. Pet Friendly, I can walk around day or night with my pets and I feel safe. The apartments are spacious and I love the fireplace.

It's a nice place to live if you can get over the loud music, people who can't pick up after their animals and parents who won't control their children. Management is nice and tries to control the tenants and overall I don't have any problems since I am not at home that much.

I was glad they listened to me about my dog and didn't just tell me that he wasn't allowed due to his breed. They were also equally nice in getting me moved in under such quick conditions.

Walden Creek is a family friendly and safe high scale apartment complex in the heart of Greenville, SC. We have been living here for close to three years and we absolutely love it. Because it has relatively small number of units, you get to know your neighbors and feel very safe. Everyone in the management team and the maintenance team are extremely friendly and nice; they arrange community events for family and kids throughout the year. The swimming pool is very well maintained and the maintenance team always does preventive maintenance, which we highly appreciate. We highly recommend Walden Creek.
