It is a gated complex with great amenities right at the center. Apartments are in great condition and very roomy to accommodate for just about anyone. Also is off the road with good landscaping and trees to make it more appealing.

Great place to live and I beleive it is worth the price. The apartment setting in very nice and the scenery is wonderful. This place has great amenity and it is very well kept. Whatever problems developed were taken care of immediately.

It's a joy to walk into a serene and luxurious place such as The Preserves. The staff is on top of things, you'll never need to experience a lengthy wait for maintenance, and you'll enjoy coming home as you will drive a little faster (but within the speed limits) to come home to the NUMBER ONE apts in Fayetteville!!

I like the privacy afforded to the residents, also, the floor plans are awesome especially the one I have with the computer nook beside the kitchen.

its great, good looking apts, nice patio, good space, nice respectful staff, good laundry, good gym, really close to Ft. Bragg if they re a soldier, nice lighting, great balet trash, they recycle, nice pool, great master bathroom/ walking closets, good conbination of dining room and kitchen with tile floors so messes are eazy to clean, the pantry/ laundry room are next to the kitchen which makes things eazier. its great place... however, there some issues like parking, could use more spots, the light switches seem to be on the out side of the room ex: master bathroom and pantry closet, need more storage closet inside the apt. for ex: in the master bedroom, the bathroom is huge why is the closet so small. the washrack is good, If it was me I would put a comercial Vacuum for the residents. it would charge .50 cents so it would pay itself out in the long run. the BBQ pits could use some shade, specially by the playground, other than those few things the place is great and I would recomnend people to move in.

Living at these apartments is great! If you ever get bored, there is a football field, a gym, a play ground, a pool, and a business center. Our 2 pups love it as well! The only problem we have encountered is the lack of upkeep on the dog play areas. Mainly, it is because some owners let their dogs dig giant holes and they don't pick up after their dogs. I just wish management would have someone check it once a week or so.

It is close to base but far enough away that you don't feel like you're living in a big city. The staff is very friendly and I loved how they always greet you and remember your face and who you are! I have lived in other apartments and I have been treated as the renter in apartment 2B instead of as an actual person. The staff is almost like family. I love how they have decorating contests and get togethers so you can meet your neighbors! I felt very safe in these apartments especially with a newborn and any issues I had were promptly taken care of! The staff is honest and always stops to say hi to you when you're walking your dog or getting mail. I have looked at other apartments for our return to Fort Bragg and for the price of these units, you are getting a great deal! I have found other properties listed for closely the same price but none of them have the updated features. LOVE this place!!!!!
