I love my apartment. The floor plan is unique and spacious, with a great view of Lake Erie. I have enjoyed my stay at National Terminal for the past year and a half, and will definitely reccommend this apartment community to a friend as I always do. I enjoy the Management team, and even specifically--the most recent (and current) Property Manager Ms. Nicholson. I believe she is the primary reason for such great changes in and throughout the building.

Great place to live. Excellent community and design. Very convenient to walk our dog around the community. I have yet to not find a parking spot. Neighbors are extremely nice and respectful-cannot hear noise whatsoever, although we are on the top floor. Have not had many problems so far, and the ones we did have were fixed immediately. The only thing lacking is maybe the "dog park" it's just a small fenced in area. Overall great place to live in an excellent location.

The office personnel are great! Can't say enough about how friendly they are. Also being able to have packages left there is so nice. The apartments are really nice, the main issue would be the cabinets. You can make your apartment your own which is a huge bonus when you want it to be homely and you have a washer and dryer which is huge for many people, like me. The balconies in most of the apartments I believe are very spacious, more so than anywhere else. Parking could be better. It is really nice that you cannot hear your neighbors. The extras like the pool, gym and tanning bed can save on other expenses not sure what happened but there was a basketball hoop that my husband would use frequently that is no longer up. The only issue with their amazing pool and pool area is that it was pretty cold but we heard that would be fixed this summer. The only other issues is the maintanence is either very timely or not so much, we had issues with the roof for a few months but it has all been taken care of now. Everything else the maintenance has been very great with. Besides that I think the landscaping in some of the areas could be much better, friends and family of ours have notice behind our building is lacking in this area quite a bit and mostly due to safety reasons like ice and mud. Above all we enjoy living here and would recommend it to most anyone.

Location is great, landscape is beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The community of neighbors have a genuine interest in making the place they live the best it can be. The staff is very respectful and caring!

It is very nice. The apartments are good sized, and very nice. The grounds are well kept and they do a really good job of taking care of the parking and sidewalks during the winter.

This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. The staff and neighbors are great. Very relaxing atmosphere.
