this is a nice place to live currently in an efficiency but when my lease is up going to move to a 1 bed. All of the staff is nice and i cant wait for the laundry mat to reopen with the new washers and dryers.

It's been fantastic so far. There haven't been any problems with neighbors and any issue that has come up has been taken care of soon after it was brought to the management's attention.

Have competitive prices compared to most of the OKC metro. On the other hand the quality of the apartments isn't always the best, and the staff can be pretty hard to get hold of.

Stoneleigh is a nice complex but the amenities offered by the complex do not match up with what you pay. There are much cheaper places where you can find to stay and get better amenities.

Its a greay place to live, but do your laundry else place cause their are theives that still your clothes out the laundry

Lovely neighbors, pride in community, and most importantly Garden Gate is pet friendly!!! Small downside is the property is aging. Big upside is that Ryan is always willing to go above and beyond to help the residents.

I would tell them that they are nice for the money. There are times that it gets really frustrating becuase the walls are so thin. The other thing is that I can't use my personal grill, I absolutly hate that! I would recommend the apartment however I would warn them of the thin walls, and about the parking.

If you're not ready to buy a house..... you HAVE to live at Pebble Creek Apartments..!!!! The only thing that could make it any better would be a free golf membership to the Par 3 golf course next door...! LOL Seriously... the only "NEGATIVE" complaints you will find under the Pebble Creek reviews are from those who can't tolerate fair management rules (with no surprises in fine print either). The rest of us LOVE it here...!! If in doubt, call Christy in the office and you'll experience world-class service...!!! I negotiated and signed my lease from 2,000 miles aways (site-unseen)!!! Been here 1.5 years and can't remember why I would want to buy a house right now...!!!! DP

I like living here. Leasing agents have been good to me. My apartment was re-carpeted and re-painted before I moved in, so it looked new. Only cons are,wooden stairs which carry noise, doors being banged, which shakes the building, and thin walls.
