The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issue I have had was resolved the following day. The website is easy to pay my rent and read community posts. The residents that I have met are all friendly. My neighbors are fairly quiet but the walls a kind of thin, so I can hear the occasional tv noise or barking dog. I have a spacious one bedroom apartment with tons of storage and a nice layout. Grounds look nice and neat, my one complaint however is the cats like to use the sand volleyball court as a litter box. There is an area to wash my car which is a huge plus. This is a small complex (compared to the others in this area) which I prefer. Rent is cheap. I have already recommended this place to people I know, it is a nice place to live!

Cons: I am a little concerned about the lawn care and it's safety for my pet. Since I moved in recently my dogs paws have gotten red and itchy. I believe it is due to whatever is being sprayed on the lawn- especially if pellet fertilizer is being used. My neighbors music is easy to hear at night and sometimes the floors shake. But that stops when I call the office. There's not a lot of extra parking for guests. Pros: The neighborhood is a typically quiet neighborhood, people are friendly, the buildings are pretty. The security cop is very nice. The office people are very nice and helpful. I like the DVD library. The pool area is very nice looking. Overall, I like it here and would suggest it. It is one of the nicer complexes in the area and I have not seen or heard about any crime. It's in a good location- in the country but close to all the basics - Walmart, Harps, Dollar stores etc. Suggestions: I wish there was a community garden for us to plant our own plants. I know of an apartment complex in Fayetteville that is comparable which offers that free of charge- the tenants simply provide their own plants and tag them, water them if necessary with water from their own apartments, etc. If the apartment complex owns the land in front of the complex, it would be a nice addition and would not cost the complex very much money- only tilling to remove the grass and maybe topsoil or mulch after plants are added.

I have lived here at Stoneleigh for a short while (about 6 months) but I am very pleased at the comfort and quiet of the area. In the summertime, it is an exciting community. You can relax by the pool, or grill in the picnic areas, or if volleyball is your thing, you can do that too! Now that the winter time is here, I enjoy sitting out on my balcony. There is plenty of storage both inside and outside of the apartment and I am especially thankful for that! Even though it is an apartment complex, I am incredibly pleased with the privacy level. Overall, a wonderful starter apartment or even a family home.

It's very nice! It's close to everything, and very quiet. Everyone is very friendly. I feel safe and able to relax when I get home. I'm very happy I chose to live here.

Its spacious and well developed. Feels closer to nature than most apartments. Convenient location. Great staff, wonderful view. Two complaints: -the amenities in the clubhouse are very poorly kept, the men's bathroom is consistently unsanitary, and there is hardly ever any water in the gym. -Our electric utility bill is consistently outrageous. Higher than most homeowners due to very poor insulation.

Charles, thanks for letting me know about the fitness center and the Men's restroom I will check on it more often to ensure that there is water and that the Men's restroom is clean and sanitary. Valerie Property Manager

It is a nice place. A good mix of students and young professionals. The apartments are quite large for the price and they are high quality. The staff is friendly and willing to help as much as they can to solve issues.

Like living in a grown-up version of Northwest Quad dormitories at the U of A. Very quiet, very safe feeling. Extremely pet friendly. Best apartments in Fayetteville if you have a dog.

I would tell them that I live in a wonderful community and have a huge single apartment for a really, really great price. All the places I looked at were significantly smaller for 200+ dollars more, which wasn't in my budget. Mountain Ranch made it so I didn't have to make a compromise! I love how students live here that I can socialize with, but it's not a constant party. Frankly, my building is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I really love it here. My absolute only issue is that I wish the parking lot lighting was better in the corner areas. I live in the corner of 474 and it's a little too dark for me to feel really safe and comfortable (since I'm a tiny, paranoid lady).
