Lovely neighbors, pride in community, and most importantly Garden Gate is pet friendly!!! Small downside is the property is aging. Big upside is that Ryan is always willing to go above and beyond to help the residents.

I would tell them it's quiet, the landlord is extremely helpful and if you need something done it is completed right away. But, this is not a contemporary space. There are many updates needed. You can this is a very old community. There are many amenities that should be replaced with newer ones that last.

First, I want to thank you for the constructive review. I want all of the residents at Garden Gate to feel comfortable and valued. Garden Gate is an older community however; we strive to continually improve our community. Over the past several years, we have been trying to improve many areas of the property to bring back some sparkle. Our priorities were the landscaping, sprinkler system repairs, mailboxes, new roofs, and a number of other items that required immediate attention. Please feel free to stop by the office. I have good reports for Garden Gate, not great but good. We have been without closet doors in one bedroom for the 3 months that we have lived here. I have continued to have garbage disposal problems. Having said that, the staff has been very friendly, professional and helpful. The neighbors are fine. Very little traffic. It habe been a good experience.

Very kool floor plans with good space. The 2 car garage is really a big deal in this crazy Oklahoma weather environment. I have some old appliances in my unit, but everything functions properly. There are many shopping, eating and service related establishments in close proximity. Also a Integris Baptis and Deacones full service hospitals are 5 minutes away. I dig it.
