The open area. I have seen many apartments in Tulsa and what I like here is open area/spaces between apartments. Prompt Maintenance and very clean place. Due to these advantages I have now developed a habit to walk in the society a few rounds.

I like the way the lawn is maintained and kept up. I wish you would put in a dog park since you have so many dogs on the premises. As a dog owner, that would be wonderful.

I moved in early December and I've been happy since. The office staff is awesome and very friendly not to mention very helpful. The home I'm in is beautiful and spacious. The maintenance is quick and I like that, the last place I lived it took over a month for them to fix basic things. I love it here and never want to leave!

WE HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 5 YEARS. MOVING WASN'T AN OPTION FINANCIALLY, BUT TIMBERLAND HAS MADE THIS PLACE SO MUCH BETTER IN SUCH A SHORT TIME. IT'S AMAZING HOW THE BUILDINDS LOOK NOW WITH THE NEW WOOD AND PAINT. THE LANDSCAPING IS A LOT BETTER AND HOPEFULLY THE INSIDE PART OF THE PROPERTY WILL GET SOME COLOR IN THE LANDSCAPE AND NOT JUST THE FRONT BY THE OFFICE. THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB GETTING THINGS DONE. IT'S BEEN VERY BUSY AROUND HERE AND FROM WHAT I HEAR THEY AREN'T DONE JUST YET. I DO HOWEVER, WISH THEY WOULD NOT ONLY UPDATE APARTMENTS THAT BECOME EMPTY, BUT APARTMENTS FOR PEOPLE LIKE US, WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR SO LONG. ESPECIALLY CARPET.

I was not happy when I initially moved in when it was owned by Case and Associates, but now that it is under new management things have definitely taken a turn for the better. The girls in the office are extremely professional and nice, they go above and beyond when there is an issue, the buildings are looking so much better with new paint and windows, and the landscaping is being re-done. It is also nice in this economy to be able to set up a promise to pay which wasnt an option before. I have been very pleased with the way things are being run by the new staff here.
