It's a Nice place, with a great view. Location wise it's near just about everything you need. The neighbors seems to be a very active at odd times; but I assume they work graveyard.

Any concern we have had, has been addressed immediately by the Manager. We appreciate the pet-friendly environment. The large floor-plan and 2baths are a plus. The apartments sit well back, at the end of the street, so, traffic-wise its quieter, yet you're still in town and close to stores/restaurants, parks and schools. The wildlife on the grounds (squirrels,birds) can make you feel like you are in the country. ;)

It's very quiet usually, everything is taken care of that I ask for, except the painting I asked for, but the staff is EXTREMELY efficient. The pool is very noisy to my apt. in the summer. My apt, was upgraded when I moved in and has been kept very well.

Its a cool place to live. David the manager made a big change and is great. But my only issue is there is NEVER any visitor parking. Residents pary their broken down cars in visitor parking taking up all the visitor spaces and my handicap parents have to park far away so they dont come over anymore. I have to go visit them now.

I have lived here for 3 years and now that my lease is up im looking for a new place. The new management is awful and they are sharks. If this change didn't happen I would still be living here.

I would tell them how beautiful things are and how friendly the maintenance staff is, but I would also warn them severely about the management and how they are treating me and my fellow neighbors. They are rude, and turn a cold shoulder to me now that they have been unable to resolve the issue of the barking dogs that live below me (all of which-and there are many- are allowed to run around with no supervision in the courtyard. Please be careful when choosing to live here... if they can't solve the problem, they will just disregard it and you!

It is pretty nice, but it is populated with some rude people who don't care about the 10 o'clock quiet time listed in the lease agreement. Smokers and others sit on the porch of building C and talk in normal or loud tones just outside my bedroom. It just isn't polite. Things get fixed pretty quickly around here when a complaint is called in. Like the dryer hoses being disconnected. I really appreciate that speedy resolution. Thanks!

I like living here, except for my upstairs neighbor...but the management office is doing what they can to deal with him.

It's nice, quiet for the most part, clean. But a lot of the other tenants with small dogs like to not have them on leashes at all times when out of their apartments.
