The neighbors are a little unfriendly and there isn't much of a sense of community. However, this isn't for lack of effort on behalf of the management, which is friendly, professional and very dilligent. The apartments are very well-kept, and I appreciate the effort that went into the overall design of the building. I also very much appreciate the "green" emphasis, including the green cleaning solution provided by the complex and the composting initiative.

I'm new, but so far I have no complaints. Staff are very friendly, professional, and engaging. When I have maintenance requests they are taken care of quickly. The property and grounds are maintianed very well. I also appreciate the efforts with fostering a "resident community". I love the decor and color scheme. I do feel the income verification process is way too invasive and is unnecesary for the purpose. I also would prefer that wifi be available in each apartment.

I'd say it's very well managed. I haven't had a problem since I moved in four months ago. The one maintenance issue I had was resolved quickly. Rent is a little high but it's worth have a safe place to go home to.

The staff is on top of everything, warm, friendly and always willing to help. The area's around the apts are kept clean, as are the drive ways and garbage area's. I rarely see trash in the yards and people that have pets are pretty good about picking up after them. I enjoy watching people playing golf and we are close enough for walks by the rivers that run together behind the property.
