for living in downtown medford it is pretty quiet. The grounds are well taken care of and any matenience we have needed done was done very quickly and perfessionally. The staff work hard to make things comfortable for you.

My apartment is very spacious. The room was very clean and wonderful to move into. The location is in walking distance to shopping centers. The view from my balcony is excellent. Everything in my apartment works great and if anything is not working properly, maintence is very good about fixing it in a timely manner. The rent is reasonable for the place I'm renting. The manager was really gracious about my fees to move in. There is one neighbor who is a horror to live close to, but every place is going to have a neighbor like that. You can't blame the management staff for that.
