The apartment is located right next to the train station, so it is really convenient to get to the city. My unit is renovated before I moved in. I love the kitchen, wood floor and new appliances. The place is spacious and clean. We get pest control every month. I am very scared of bugs, and there were only a couple of times I saw bugs in the apartment since I moved here. Fortunately, I haven't seen any rats or mouse. There are lots of windows, which makes it easy to air out the apartment. The staff members and maintenance guys are very quick and nice. I'm very satisfied with their service and work. The air conditioner works great, and it has energy-efficient setting, so I don't pay high utility bills. Neighbors are nice too. A lot of people own dogs including me, and it is convenient for the dogs because there is grass area right front of the parking lot I love this place and I hope it remains the same until I move out One bad thing about living on the first floor is that I can hear the people walking or sometimes talking from upstairs. But building is old, and has wooden floor. so it's understandable. The office sends out noise-prevention letter to keep people informed about noise issues. It took some time to get used to hearing noises, I don't get bothered by the noise any longer

The apartment and facility are nice. Our property manager is very nice, but every time we have a problem with something in the apartment it seems to take at least a week to have it looked at. Our dishwasher hasn't been working right for nearly a month and no one seems to be able to fix or replace it.

It's a place in West Philly surprisingly not ran by a slumlord. Conveniently located on a very pretty street.

Quiet, nice apartment, but I'm next store to the chain smoking, hacking gagging people :( and the fact that the backyard area, which is a very nice asset to have, is full of bits of trash and broken glass really colors the whole feel. But, when I asked to have a door fixed, it was done right away. It is a great location, and I'm pretty happy with it. Could use more light in back yard area (I got out there with my dogs multiple times a day and often in the dark)
