The apartment is located right next to the train station, so it is really convenient to get to the city. My unit is renovated before I moved in. I love the kitchen, wood floor and new appliances. The place is spacious and clean. We get pest control every month. I am very scared of bugs, and there were only a couple of times I saw bugs in the apartment since I moved here. Fortunately, I haven't seen any rats or mouse. There are lots of windows, which makes it easy to air out the apartment. The staff members and maintenance guys are very quick and nice. I'm very satisfied with their service and work. The air conditioner works great, and it has energy-efficient setting, so I don't pay high utility bills. Neighbors are nice too. A lot of people own dogs including me, and it is convenient for the dogs because there is grass area right front of the parking lot I love this place and I hope it remains the same until I move out One bad thing about living on the first floor is that I can hear the people walking or sometimes talking from upstairs. But building is old, and has wooden floor. so it's understandable. The office sends out noise-prevention letter to keep people informed about noise issues. It took some time to get used to hearing noises, I don't get bothered by the noise any longer

Pros: - Spacious halls and apartments; high ceilings - Nice area (close to Giant, Starbucks, Panera, I-476, etc.) Cons: - Air conditioning and water heater are louder than we'd like - Hot water takes awhile (40-60 seconds) to get right

I would highly recommend it. The residents I have met so far are very polite and professional. The community is very quiet, no riff raff, and clean.

Its a nice place to live, quiet and close to a lot of shopping areas. It is very easy to access the local highways and convenient for things most people like to do.

The apartment and facility are nice. Our property manager is very nice, but every time we have a problem with something in the apartment it seems to take at least a week to have it looked at. Our dishwasher hasn't been working right for nearly a month and no one seems to be able to fix or replace it.

It's a good block and a good mix of tenants - families, college students and grad/young professionals. Not the cleanest or best maintained building but management is responsive.
