The apartment is located right next to the train station, so it is really convenient to get to the city. My unit is renovated before I moved in. I love the kitchen, wood floor and new appliances. The place is spacious and clean. We get pest control every month. I am very scared of bugs, and there were only a couple of times I saw bugs in the apartment since I moved here. Fortunately, I haven't seen any rats or mouse. There are lots of windows, which makes it easy to air out the apartment. The staff members and maintenance guys are very quick and nice. I'm very satisfied with their service and work. The air conditioner works great, and it has energy-efficient setting, so I don't pay high utility bills. Neighbors are nice too. A lot of people own dogs including me, and it is convenient for the dogs because there is grass area right front of the parking lot I love this place and I hope it remains the same until I move out One bad thing about living on the first floor is that I can hear the people walking or sometimes talking from upstairs. But building is old, and has wooden floor. so it's understandable. The office sends out noise-prevention letter to keep people informed about noise issues. It took some time to get used to hearing noises, I don't get bothered by the noise any longer

I would certainly recommend it. Lauren does an amazing job and is a tremendous asset to Wexford Property Management. Everything I email about it promptly corrected and her concern about the cleanliness and safety of the apartments is apparent.

It's apartment living at its best when it comes to community, service, maintenance and it has one special element that is important to me in that it allows us to have a little individuality when it comes to our gardens and holiday decorations and that is really very important to me.

The tree lined areas are so pretty! You feel like your miles away from the busy mainline, but you are so close! It's close to the major highways. It's super quiet!! IT'S SAFE LIVING!!!! It was the right choice for me I have no complaints! After looking at MANY places this was the place I wanted to call "home"!

same as above -- the apartments are very spacious and look nice, the complex itself looks very pleasant and peaceful -- there's lots of greenery. Dogs are allowed -- it's a big plus. However, there's no privacy withing the buildings, because the walls and floors are ridiculously thin, such that you can hear everything that goes on around. The floors are also old and squeaky, it's really bothersome. Also the pool passes are pricey, but the pool hours are extremely inconvenient. It's not open in the morning. Also the pool is infested with the feces of wild geese (you can clearly see it as well as their feathers) -- it's really disgusting and it's not being cleaned.

This is a great place to live! With everything that you could possibly need! The only down side is the price is a bit high for some of the apartments that aren't at the bottom of the pricing tier but that's it. The staff is courteous and quick, the grounds are kept nice, the people are friendly. I would recommend checking it out

I love my apartment. The maintenance staff are great. Most of the door staff are wonderful, only a couple need to be more children friendly. I think that we need a stronger tenants association in the complex. People complain about the building but, the bottom line is, if the residents don't respect where they live and raise their children to do the same , things can get out of hand very quickly.

The Towers is on the up rise and has quite a few new amenities such as a convenient store in building one, the new free-weight equipment in the gym, along with the new Flat panel TV's. I would say the Towers is definitely on the top of people's list to move to.

it's a compromise - i'd recommend it now where i wouldn't have two or more years ago but my recommendation would come with caveats. for example - it helps if you know how to broken things yourself if you live here. on the bright side, it is relatively affordable and spacious at ravenswood and when our rent is late we pay the fee, catch up and don't have horrendous anxiety - but fixtures/feature quality, maintenance, cleanliness and saftey need improvement. you're really moving the right direction though. :)
