I have just moved in, but I would tell them tht it is nice place to live, the rooms are just large enouph, landscaping is beautiful, and a nice quiet surronding. I would advise to check it out, which in the one month that I have been here, I have told two people already. I enjoy that I am just three miles from everything.

Having lived here the past 18 months or so, I've come to absolutely love the location for access to much of the North Hills area plus Cranberry. The actual apartments are well-kept with quick and responsive maintenance, the grounds usually kept immaculate, the lots cleared quickly in the winter, and parking for the mostpart isn't an issue, though it's a bit of an annoyance that some residents insist on parking in spots that aren't actual parking spots even when there are lots of openings. My only complaint (and there's nothing they can really do about it now in any cost-effective manner since it has to be handled properly during initial construction) is that noise isolation between apartments seems especially poor to me.

We are happy and comfortable here. Staff do a great job taking care of things and being friendly as well. Thanks for cutting the bush back that was blocking the view up hill when exiting in front of the office.
