Living at the Rittenhouse Clarige is a joy!!!The mangement, the maintenance, and most of all, the people that work at the desk and door. Thhey are my family and care about me. They are polite, kind and caring. The maintenance and and package room are always on top of things. Our building is kept clean and cared for not just on the inside, but the theoutside is constanly groomed. i have lived n many buildings on the Square and by far this is my favorite, due to the people that work here. I would recommend this to anyone. I love it here!!!!, sincerly, Meryl Ster

The second you walk in the door you feel like you are at home with friends; the staff at the Claridge is far and beyond anything I could have every imagined. Although my apartment is oddly shaped and I wish there was no carpet and I could paint... I have to say this place is quite amazing. Parking while it is beyond amazingly amazingly convenient it is rather pricey.

I would tell them that's it's a great mixture of a building and the staff is generally nice and pleasant.
