Nice and quiet. Very happy that my 4 yr old has plenty of safe outdoor space to play. Maintenance personnel are very quick to respond. The kitchen is galley, but fully accommodating. Master bedroom is huge with it's own bathroom. What was a deal breaker for most other complexes was the lack of in apt. washer and dryer, this has them. The 2 things I find disturbing is that all of the door hinges are painted over. I find most of my guests notice that. And how inefficient the electrical appliances are.. Averaging $150 a month in electricity in the winter (gas heat). I fear the summer, but free water!

The Enclave is advertised as a 55+ apartment complex and just like any other apartment, it has its good and bad points. The good: the staff is very friendly, helpful, and try to be accommodating. Maintenance guys are good and you don't have to wait a long time for repairs. Apartments are inspected regularly. There is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit at night. It has an elevator for those who can't do steps. It has a secure entrance. The bad: when you ask the staff about the Enclave, they will tell you it's a quiet place, you won't hear your neighbors through the floors or through the walls due to the way the buildings are constructed. This is NOT a quiet place. The walls are very thin and you hear everything going on in your neighbor's apartment. You hear their garbage disposal, dishwasher, tv, music, their conversations, their moving around in the bedroom and kitchen can all be heard through the walls. Many slam their front doors and thump and bump in their apartments so you can't relax or sleep well because of the constant bumping noises. Before you move in here, nobody tells you about the loud motorcycles that roar in and out of the Glasgow trailer park at all hours of the night up to 2:00-3:00 in the morning, except in the winter, or the rooster that crows in the trailer park every morning around 4am. You can hear loud bass from car radios across the street at the Wawa gas station late at night. Also, horns blow day and night on Salem Church Rd. from people making illegal turns out of the shopping center and almost getting hit. You will hear lots of tires squealing, horns blowing, and car crashes as there are lots of accidents on Salem Church Rd between the shopping center and the trailer park. So this is NOT a quiet area to live. There is a no left turn sign at the parking lot entrance so you can make a left turn into the Enclave parking lot nor can you make a left turn out of the parking lot without risking getting a ticket. Police often sit and wait for speeders, etc and will ticket you. There are no plans to make another entrance so this is an inconvenience The apartments are very small. Overall, the Enclave is not terrible and better than some places, but for $1.105 a month, it's not worth it.

I love this place. I love the neighbors. Maintenance is always here when needed. Family owned can't get any better then that. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great apartment, wonderful staff, and great pricing. I have lived at Top of the Hill Apartments and paid way to much for very little what this place compares to. A++++
