It's pretty quiet here. The property is well maintained. It's close to Delaware, I-95 and other places of interest and yet it's not quite city here.

I would tell them I like the location and the amenities. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment, which was very important to me. I have newer appliances and a newer kitchen than my other place. I used to live in another single bedroom unit and decided to stay when moving in with my boyfriend and upgraded to a 2 bedroom.

The apartment and facility are nice. Our property manager is very nice, but every time we have a problem with something in the apartment it seems to take at least a week to have it looked at. Our dishwasher hasn't been working right for nearly a month and no one seems to be able to fix or replace it.

It's a place in West Philly surprisingly not ran by a slumlord. Conveniently located on a very pretty street.

Quiet, nice apartment, but I'm next store to the chain smoking, hacking gagging people :( and the fact that the backyard area, which is a very nice asset to have, is full of bits of trash and broken glass really colors the whole feel. But, when I asked to have a door fixed, it was done right away. It is a great location, and I'm pretty happy with it. Could use more light in back yard area (I got out there with my dogs multiple times a day and often in the dark)
