Accommodations are great, and service–for the most part–is satisfactory. However, being unwilling to replace a few dumbbells in the community gym seems petty. It's a minor detail, not a deal-breaker. But it's the only smudge on an otherwise spotless record. Perhaps consider taking measures to better secure the gym, or just bite the bullet and replace equipment when it goes missing. To be realistic, you wouldn't advertise a gym with missing equipment. At least, that's not how it was described to me.

I would tell them that you feel safe there and the actual apartments are very pleasing to the eye. I will say that for the most part the residents are friendly and the staff that you work with are excellent. The owner of the apartment buildings hasn't been the friendliest person nor that open to suggestion but the amazing care of the leasing office staff make up for it. I don't have to worry about my car at night or if the lawn is being taken care of and it's nice. If something breaks in the apartment or I need a repair of any kind maintenance is quick to respond to my requests. It is a great place to live with minor setbacks.

I received a very fast determination on my application and the front office staff got my into my apartment very quickly. As a previous resident I was saddened to see how the landscapers had butchered the willow tree in back of my apartment which stands next to the brook. The tree used to be full and hung down to the ground which provided a safe haven for the ducks that swim in the water. There does seem to be a bit of trash laying around the grassy areas behind the apartments which detracts from the great work management has done in keeping the place looking so great! Otherwise, the laundry room looks great with the freshly painted floor and I appreciate the sign from management about cleaning out the lint trap. I really feel for the maintenance guys down around the dumpster, its a shame every week they have to pick up after people who just can't seem to get their trash into the dumpster...someone should buy them lunch to show appreciation for going the extra mile down there and cleaning up.

The apartment and facility are nice. Our property manager is very nice, but every time we have a problem with something in the apartment it seems to take at least a week to have it looked at. Our dishwasher hasn't been working right for nearly a month and no one seems to be able to fix or replace it.

It's a place in West Philly surprisingly not ran by a slumlord. Conveniently located on a very pretty street.

It's a good place to live, nice neighborhood and affordable for two people, close to CHOP and UPENN, public transportation services and food stores. The drawback specifically is the floor in our apartment. Since it's an old building, the wooden floor in the bedroom has sunken in on several places and I'm afraid it will break in another few months if there was no support placed underneath.
