Reasonably priced. Professional staff. Quite. Great location to everything! Nicely landscaped and grounds kept clean. Best to ask for an apt upgrade before you move in as the complex is older and some apts need new carpet and fixtures. We never have to hunt for a good parking place, although many residents do not abide by the speed rules. Not something management can help. Electric is always under $70 in our 2 BR...Seems to be insulated very well. Would like to see a cement or concrete walk way/jogging path around the lake.

Very good. I highly recommend it. The location is ideal and the environment, although the complex is quite large, is very good and mostly peaceful.

I was glad they listened to me about my dog and didn't just tell me that he wasn't allowed due to his breed. They were also equally nice in getting me moved in under such quick conditions.

Walden Creek is a family friendly and safe high scale apartment complex in the heart of Greenville, SC. We have been living here for close to three years and we absolutely love it. Because it has relatively small number of units, you get to know your neighbors and feel very safe. Everyone in the management team and the maintenance team are extremely friendly and nice; they arrange community events for family and kids throughout the year. The swimming pool is very well maintained and the maintenance team always does preventive maintenance, which we highly appreciate. We highly recommend Walden Creek.

it's generally pretty quiet, though some of the kids are getting out of hand lately. the pool is nicer than some and the tennis & racquetball courts are nice amenities, but the exercise room is lacking. some residents aren't too diligent about cleaning up their pets' waste. the office staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be nice. stephania and allison make a point of knowing people. maintenance seems to stay under the radar by doing the bare minimum.

Seems to be an upscale community, people are friendly, safe place to live. Parking can be a pain to find something close to your place at times. I wished all do owners would pick up their poop after running their dogs, plus I seen lots of times where the dogs are running free doing their business and the owners can not be seen.

It's quiet, the office employees are very friendly and helpful, any maintenance needs are met quickly by a friendly maintenance man Close to everything The only thing I don't like is getting out of the parking lot during Mauldin High School traffic LoL :)
