We have been here almost two years and have enjoyed life in the country. The traffic of the city is no longer a problem. The air seems fresher, even though there is an interstate close by. The staff is awesome, including office staff and maintenance staff. They have made The Enclave feel like Home, rather than just an apartment complex, and the staff seems like neighbors to me. I feel very safe here and every day, without fail, I am so in awe of the beautiful grounds and scenery all around me. I am very thankful to God to have such a peaceful place for retirement.

The property is clean and well kept. There is ample parking and the residents are friendly. The assistant manager, Brandi, is extremely helpful and shows that she cares about her job and helping the residents. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to a friend... I already have!

I love Vista Commons! It's close to everything and the employees are so friendly. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for residency in the Columbia area.

It's pretty quiet, next door to a wonderful church, seconds to starbucks and shopping center, wal mart, and friendly staff. Rooms are a little small for their price but a great location. As a Soldier only 5 minutes to 10 minutes depending on traffic to front gate.

I have never had a problem with anything. Living on the third floor, I thought there would be a problem with airflow like the last apartment, but it stays cozy summer and winter. It is a safe environment for children with a friendly and helpful staff. I have never had an issue with parking either. I live in a 2 bedroom with a sunroom, and it never gets too hot while letting in plenty of light.

Over-priced, cheap windows, hardly answer phones, some of office staff were very unfriendly and not helpful in the least bit. Most of the helpful employees have left.

I love the staff at Grandby!!! Everyone is professional and genuine. Janice and Christina are the best in the business! I woke up last weekend and it was 58 degrees in my house! Steve came right over and fixed the problem within minutes. Not only is the staff excellent but the river front location is beautiful and right downtown. Out of the seven different apartments I have lived in since coming to Columbia this is my favorite.

I would let them know that it is a tremendously convenient location near the heart of Columbia and that the view is unbeatably beautiful, especially in the mornings and afternoons! The riverwalk is a great place to walk and run. I would say that the layout of the apartment has the focus on living space. The staff is extremely responsive to calls about the need for repairs. I had an issue with a leaky sink that needed to be repaired, I called the office at lunchtime to notify them of the problem, and the repairman came by that same day before I even got back from work! It's a comfortable and lovely place.
