I would say its ok. The gate is never fixed for this to be a gated and secure community and no high expectations.

Dear Sherrell, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Ensuring that our amenities, such as the controlled access gate, are up and running is important to us. Unfortunately, we are reliant on vendors to complete this specialized work. The gate vendor approved to work on the Oak Hollow system was out today and assured us the gate is operational. yes. I moved in 4 months ago and the gate has never worked also the staff is not considerate when it comes to late payments on rent. There should be sadly to say some assigned parking

I like the space and layout of my apartment. I love the pools and hot tub areas. It is like a resort. I like the lake. The price is good. I LOVE DAVE. He is great. He is always pleasant and helps me with whatever I need. I like the grounds. I like coming home to an attractive place. I feel safe and it is at a great location.

Yes, we are not in Kansas anymore, but we have the next best thing serving us on a superior technical level at The Grove!.....lets have a hearty three cheers for DAVID in our office staff! We had a complex login issue with the gate system,. requiring a reprogram of the phone data, card reset and additionally a new guest gate code. Within less than four minits, DAVID single handedly compiled all this information and entered it with mensa skill into the network, and it works beautifully!!! So, when applauding the office, i must confess and do hereby attest to our very own "Wizard of the Grove!".....thats right its DAVID in the office. This is the kind of guy that makes people like us LOVE THE GROVE.....ATTABOY DAVID!!!!!

I like the grove they work fast to get repairs done. We rarely see any pests. There is usually ample parking in the area where we live. Our neighbors are somewhat noisy though, but the walls are thick enough to keep the noise level down. The higher cost is well worth the services provided.
