I would say its ok. The gate is never fixed for this to be a gated and secure community and no high expectations.

Unfortunately, we are reliant on vendors to complete this specialized work. The gate vendor approved to work on the Oak Hollow system was out today and assured us the gate is operational. yes. I moved in 4 months ago and the gate has never worked also the staff is not considerate when it comes to late payments on rent. There should be sadly to say some assigned parking

I love living in Colliervillage!! When I looked at the place originally, I was slightly intimidated by the area and worried about the other tenants (or roaming walkers) living there. I have lived here for about 6 months now and have not had a single issue! It is quiet most of the time and all my neighbors are great. Colliervillage is safe and I don't worry about the walk to and from my car or going out on my back porch at any time of the day or night (walking my dogs.) The courtesy officer on-site is also great. Everyone is very friendly and the maintenance is prompt with resolution of any problems I have had (ceiling fan malfunction, fixed the very next day and threw in some extra freon in my ac unit!) My unit is comfortable and was in great condition when I moved in. The prices are reasonable and the staff here is very responsive. Overall, very satisfied with my decision to live here. Will more than likely renew my lease after my year is up...

I have lived here for 3 years now, haven't had any major issues except with dog owners not picking up after their pets. also the location of the trash bins makes the place less attractive. I would also suggest recycling bins to management for those of us who recycle so that we wouldn't have to drop our recyclables all the way to the Agricenter. I also noticed that there are a lot more teenage boys/young men walking around, day and night which makes me feel a little less safe. I would also ask management to help keep the playground clean. I do enjoy the proximity to the shopping center, Kroger especially is only walking distance, and easy access to just about everything. Management has been understanding and ready to help, and maintenance has always been responsive and helpful.

It is nice living here. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it usually gets solved in under 24 hrs.

Applying was a breeze. Mostly everything could be done online. Staff went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was in top condition at move in. Staff was always friendly and ready to answer my questions. This was the easiest move I've ever had. It is really nice.
