The Cumberland is the best place you can live in downtown Nashville for the price. The rent is not outrageous and the building and apartments are extremely nice. If you want to live downtown, and have a high quality apartment, then the Cumberland is the place to be.

I've told many people how great it is to live here at The Falls. The maintenance requests are taken care of very fast and very efficiently. The main office staff are very friendly and treat each resident like a friend instead of a client.

It is appartment/condo style living and very different from living in a free standing house. However, The Falls@109 have made this a fantastic choice for my family and I. Great staff and very well maintained. Ammentities galore and just a very nice bunch of neighbbors. Staff plans great mixers and this place is very family friendly.

I tell everyone that we love it here. It's quiet, clean, and homey! The parking lot and apartment hallways are well lit and that I feel safer here than I did in my subdivision. The layout of the apartments are very efficient. The bedrooms and closets are over-sized. The pool area is equal to a Florida luxury resort.
