Excellent place if you are traveling between two locations e.g. we travel between Los Angeles, CA and Nashville. The staff is very warm and extremely helpful in many ways. The building is well kept and there are a number of amenities available to residents.

They make life exceedingly easy and convenient. The apartments are nice, the view is better than expected, quality everything. But the true benefit is the ease and convenience of doing anything, going to the gym, laundry, dry cleaning, getting something fixed. The concierges are always friendly, professional and useful.

It is a nice, well kept, quiet community. It is in a great location. The apartments have nice size and it the complex is not over-sized. Always plenty of places to park. However, there are no upgrades in the apartments. Most other apartment complexes have upgraded counter-tops, cabinets, and appliances which makes it hard for waterford to compete when it comes to pricing. It also has a small workout room which doesn't compare to that of other complexes. it's not a selling point. This complex is perfect for someone who simply looking for a nice place to live.

Waterford Place is a nice community. The grounds are well maintained and if you encounter an emergency, the maintenance staff responds in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious and as with most typical apartments, you can hear your neighbors from time to time, but for me nothing that is an inconvenience. I would definitely recommend living at Waterford Place.

We love this place here! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance people fix any problems usually the same day. It is very beautiful an dclean here. We renewed out contract and we will do it again!
