i feel like i being watched all the time,never feel like i have any privacy there,and the manager ms.ball is not friendly at all atleast what i know and i've also heard some other people talking about it too. so i recommend not moveing there because if you dont have a truck load of money or just dont fit in they will judge you believe me i know just wrighting this to inform everyone!

I moved last year to another apt. complex in OR. I dont believe they had any soundproofing or insulation. You heard everything your neighbor did including alarms, dryer buzzer, diswasher and somethings you didn't want to hear. We moved here only two weeks ago and the difference is amazing. We have heard very little noise and we love the complex. Everyone here is friendly especially the staff and it is a very well kept complex. I plan on staying hear for many years. We moved from our house to the other place to downsize and was planning on retiring there but we couldn't stand the noise and the staff was not that friendly. Bristol Park is my new home and my home for many years to come!!!!

Recently, I went through a very difficult life change, and I needed to find a home in which I felt safe and comfortable while I took the time to concentrate on taking care of myself. Bristol Park was exactly the place for me. The apartment and landscaping is beautiful. The pond & walking trail was a perfect place to start my day. The amenities and social mixers gave me the opportunity to get out of my apartment and meet my neighbors, making new life-long friends. The management team was always very friendly and helpful. It was such a relief to know that when something needing fixing or maintenance, help was only a phone call away. I have now been able to buy my own home. However, Bristol Park played a vital role in helping me transition into a new phase in my life.

The management team, especially Cavenna Ball and Laura Davies, are incredible individuals who consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism while maintaining a welcoming friendliness that is always positive. In addition, Dan Wilson brings a refreshing sense of quality customer service that exemplifies the philosophy of the property ownership and their leadership team. The grounds at Bristol Park are among the most beautiful of any business in Oak Ridge. Not only is this due to the incredible landscaping, but it also reflects the performance level of the maintainance staff. The property is always clean and reflects a strong "pride of ownership" modeled by the Property Manager. Finally, the entire management team goes beyond the call to provide customer-centered services and activities for the residents at Brisol Park. I would tell someone that living is Lanesborough is extremely nice. The residents are friendly, the office staff is great, and the apartments are beautifully maintained.

It has everything you could ask for, beautiful grounds that are well maintained, plenty of forms for exercise to choose from, pool, gym, walking and biking trails, tennis or basketball. The apartments are very well designed and feel like a home not an apartment. I would tell someone that they must come by and see for themselves.

Legends has all the comforts of living in the Bearden area without the disturbances of impoverished Sutherland neighbors. We never have to drive more than a mile to get anything we need to buy. When I lived in West Knoxville I spent two summers trying to find fun state parks on the plateau, but now I'm much closer to the mountains. My wife and I have visited the Biltmore Estate, tried snowboarding, went horseback riding and walked through Gatlinburg all in less than a month. Everything about living at Legends has made something about our lives better. If you feel like you deserve a step up then this is the right place for you.

My husband and I enjoy our apartment here and happy that our first place on our own could be at Westwood. Very affordable apartments, nice neighbors and friendly, helpful staff. Great floor plans, very spacious. As with any apartment there will always be a few upsets but all in all we couldn't be happier in our new home.
