Crescent is a great place to live. Great location and costumer service. Only issue is that Riverside traffic is very loud and the apartment is not the most sound proof of places - especially on the garage side of the building. Other than that I give it 10 stars. I would also like to mention how the apartment managers at the front desk always are so kind and help you even if your problem seems to be a trivial matter.

2 years ago Fox Hill was great. Now is getting down. Parking is poor. I pay for attached parking and sometimes somebody is parked in my assigned parking. Dogs pups is everywhere. $25 monthly for Valet Trash and they come when they want to and some of the days they don't. Is so dark at nights and the office staffs says the will be working in the lights out and if you want to ask me How looks out of the apartments in the nights... I can tell you dark and scared. the apartments inside are bigs and ok but the new Management company need to work seriously to keep up this complex. Is URGENT!.

When we first looked at these apartments in February 2011, we thought it would be a great place to live and couldn't wait to move in. When our lease was finally up in October, we made the biggest mistake of our lives and moved into Fox Hill. We came from Vineyard Hills right up the road (AWESOME place to live, by the way), and wish we'd never left. We have made numerous noise complaints here, which all seem to go unnoticed. There are cigarette butt "gardens" all over the place (ie. people are too lazy to use an ashtray and instead put their cigarette butts everywhere else), people let their dogs go poop anywhere they want and don't clean it up (I walked out of my apartment to take my son to school one morning and was greeted by a huge pile of dog crap right on the SIDEWALK). The parking situation is horrible (unless you pay for a covered parking spot). While I have children of my own, other people's children are allowed to run rampant through the complex, ride skateboards IN the road, and some can be fairly disrespectful. We've had things stolen off our patio on numerous occasions, too. Most recently, the neighbors upstairs had a party, and there was a lady urinating on the ground OUTSIDE the apartment by the stairs...and having sex in plain sight OUTSIDE. Sooo...that being said, I would definitely NOT recommend this is a place to live, and while they say they are "LUXURY" apartments, they are FAR from luxury (except maybe the nice stainless steel or black on black appliances and faux wood flooring...if that's all you consider to be luxury). I would steer clear of this place, and if you really want to be in this area, go up the road about 2 miles to Vineyard Hills...which are a bit older (built in 2001, I believe) but the staff there is AMAZING, and they take care of your concerns IMMEDIATELY. While I'm sure this review will never make it to the website, I'll definitely be posting on every single other apartment review site I can find to warn other potential renters (it's a good thing that I have the job that I do, and talk to MANY Austin area residents, so I can steer them clear of here as well).

I love this place. I know the lack of rain has brought the landscape down, but that is beyond the staffs control. I like that they are willing to listen and work on any suggestions or concerns.

Living at Wildcreek is great for two reasons. First, the price is hard to beat in Austin. Secondly, the management is really great. The downside is that the buildings are old and so regular maintenance is needed, but the repair men are quick, friendly, and good at what they do.

This is my first apartment ever and i have had some struggles with minor problems and the staff is absolutely amazing. they really take care of you here. the maintenance is great as well. they come fix whatever you need immediately. the quality of the apartments are nice. its close to downtown and everyone that i have meet here is actually all pretty nice. i would give this place a thumbs up.

The negative: It's a bedroom community, where most see their homes as a place to sleep and shower. The positive: The Staff!: They work hard to give attention to detail and be proactive.

Nice and cozy place to stay. The jogging trail around the park is just so good. The apartments have quite high ceilings and well maintained. It would have been better if they cleared the dried leaves more often.

Good apartments in a great neighborhood. Grounds/landscaping could look nicer, but they are kept neat at least. Apartments are kept in good shape and maintenance staff is friendly and really tries to stay on top of problems even though they seem a little short staffed.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. Great floor plan, we live in a 2/2 with a washer/dryer hook-up and the big patio which is ideal since we have a child. It is relatively quiet, I have very minor complaints about noise as it only happens once in a blue moon. The management is great, especially Katherine. She has always been so helpful and nice every time I have been in the office. I have been so happy here, just a little disappointed my rent is going up so much :( Hopefully it is in my budget to stay, and if you can afford it you should most definitely live here!

It's nice and quiet, but there are still activities to do if you want to meet people. The grilling courtyard is our favorite as well as the cute little dog park. It seems oddly placed; like its a little far north, but it really is close to many things. It's is an easy drive to grocery stores, and because the kitchen is so fabulous we find ourselves cooking a whole lot more.

Since the commencement of our leasing contract on 7/16/2010, I have seen nothing but constant forward development of the Terraces at Southpark Meadows property by staff. Barring some inconsistent communication during the application process and preliminary correspondence to the main office, I am very impressed with the professionalism of this property's management, and have found the ambiance of the community to be equitable in respect to the monetary value which was contractually assigned to Unit 639. All maintenance technicians have been both prompt and courteous, and this property's management has demonstrated an aggressive pursuit of accountability as regards the obligations of apartment community real estate.
