Overall the units are well cared for. No issues with maintenance issues after initial move in. Cindy went above board to help me move in. Staff changed over and TESSICA rocks! Her people skills are off the charts. Very willing and helpful! My stay at Cantebria was overall pleasant.

Up until Jan. 2012, the surrounding people were quiet, followed the rules and easy to live around. Right now, I am not very happy with the quality of folks around me. However, I have learned that after about 6 months, those people move on. I'm hoping for that in the coming year.

I fell like Riverbend is a well kept secret. The property is maintained, it's secluded and quiet. The management recently changed but I hope they will be as great as our former staff. So far they are great, doing alot of community activities that we didn't have before. I've lived here almost 3 years and love it.
