Overall the units are well cared for. No issues with maintenance issues after initial move in. Cindy went above board to help me move in. Staff changed over and TESSICA rocks! Her people skills are off the charts. Very willing and helpful! My stay at Cantebria was overall pleasant.

The staff at Austin Bluff are very friendly and work with you to fix any problems that might arise. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are maintained nicely. The only thing I can think of that I do not like is the parking in the back area is limited.

It's very nice, very convenient for local events. I love the coffee shop near here, and the park. My daughter can go jogging and feel safe running around the streets here. One thing I would mention: When there is an event here in Addison Circle it would be nice for the tenants/owners to know how to get in and out of the area. When we first moved here there was an event and the roads were closed off. I drove around for a while before I found the roads that were open. It also took a day or so for my email to change my password to be sent to me.

It's nice but more importantly new, neighbors are nice enough, and most importantly it's close to the Tollway and lots of fun stuff to do in the complex and surrounding areas.
