It's centrally located, and if anything needs fixing, they fix it. The early morning leafblowers are annoying sometimes, but I suppose that's the price of having a well-maintained property.

It's located in a very nice neighborhood, surrounded by all the stores you ever need. My apartment is old, but nicely maintained. The management responds to your questions very quickly. My maintenance requests were all done within a day or so. They also have a security guard looking around the whole area almost 24/7. My apartment is next to the road, so I always see them very often.

The apartment we live in is the perfect size. There is always a parking spot to residents. The pool is perfect with great access to the Katy Trail. It's walking distance to some great bars and restaurants.
