It is a pretty quiet and very clean apartment community. The staff and residents are very friendly. The location is great being only a 3 minute drive from downtown Austin. The pool is a great place to hang out during the heat of the summer.

Nice and cozy place to stay. The jogging trail around the park is just so good. The apartments have quite high ceilings and well maintained. It would have been better if they cleared the dried leaves more often.

You have a lot of peace and quiet and it's kept clean. They recently replaced muddy areas with rocks, which I appreciate it. I don't like valet trash service because you have to pay for it but if you work late, you can never use it. Management is responsive and maintenance calls are done promptly.

Good apartments in a great neighborhood. Grounds/landscaping could look nicer, but they are kept neat at least. Apartments are kept in good shape and maintenance staff is friendly and really tries to stay on top of problems even though they seem a little short staffed.

Previous to living at Park Terrace, I would move to a new apartment every 6 mo.- 1 yr. I stayed at Park Terrace for 2 years and would have stayed forever if I had not met my husband and bought a house. I've lived all over Austin and this was by FAR my favorite place ever! Like others have mentioned it's the perfect location. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The setting is serene, but you also get all the action. The noise is minimal considering the location (much quieter than living in the heart of downtown). The neighbors were all friendly. I also had the cheapest utility bills of any place I've ever lived. I have not one bad thing to say about Park Terrace. It's the BEST!

After two months of apartment searching, I stumbled upon Park Terrace and could have been more delighted. I was looking for an apt close to the greenbelt, so I could run and also take my pup for walks every morning, and also 'walkable' to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the best gym in Austin, etc. Park Terrace had *the* best location of all the greenbelt-downtown area apts *and* the best price. I couldn't believe it! Plus its a smaller complex (~60 units), tucked in a cute, quiet neighborhood, and even a tiny greenbelt in the back. And, Kim, is a hoot!

I love it here. My apartment is comfortable and beautiful. I especially love my large balcony with trees right in front of it so I feel like I'm living in a wonderful tree house. I also really appreciate my big luxurious garden tub!

Lots of dog walkers. Fun to get out and meet others while walking dog. Management great, responsive, nice. Lovely property - lots of green. I love my apartment and the oval tube and faux wooden tile in the bath and kitchen. BUT! THE STAIRS ON ALL BUILDINGS ARE FILTHY WITH GRIME. YOU COULD ATTRACT MANY MORE CUSTOMERS IF YOU JUST POWERWASHED THEM. i'M EMBARRASSED TO HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OVER BECAUSE OF THE STAIRS.

It's like camping! I love all the trees, I love the staff, Especially BJ! We live in a 1 bedroom and it is very spacious, 2 closets in the bedroom! a huge tub, huge balcony and a great living room. I love it here, it's an amazing place for a great price.

It is a nice, quiet community. The trees on property really separate it from some of the other surrounding properties. The office staff has been mostly helpful in all situations that we've dealt with. Maintenance is fairly prompt to respond to our needs.

+'s: fairly quiet, cool neighbors, convenient trash & recycling, many preserved trees, rapid response to maintenance requests, convenient to the highway -'s: pool is not unmaintained, lots of speed bumps, parking gets tight on weekends, on-site laundry is not very clean cost-effective also, i personally love walking up and down my steps (top floor!), but expect to do it a lot... if you are a lazybones it will annoy you

I moved here after my divorce. My number one priority is security/ safety. It's hard for a woman living alone without worrying such things. I love the amenities, parking is no problem.. I have my own garage and I can accomodate 2 cars on my driveway for guests.

MRR became a truly great home for me after a recent divorce. James made the process of application through move in speedy, easy, and enjoyable. Thank you James! I am not at home much, but I look forward to coming home when I do stay here. I really like it. It is clean, quiet for the most part, and the grounds are kept up beautifully. I love the hot spa, so much better than just a hot tub, and it is always clean. For what you get here at MRR, the price of rent I think is right on as it should be. This is a fabulous place. I only wish there were laundry facilities in the clubhouse area. I don't plan to get my own, but oh well...still a 5 star place for sure.

I would say that it is a very pleasant, nice, clean, well maintained apartment complex however there are a few disadvantages to living at this facility. We originally moved here because of the amount of amenities we had, but now we have lost a spa, indoor pool, sauna, and a tanning bed. On top of losing all these amenities we get our renewal quote and the price of rent was raised. Normally when you lose such a vast amount of things rent either remains the same or is lowered in price.

A little pricey, parking can be tight, and the trash is too far away for most people. Overall, one of the best places. Very well constructed, beautiful apartments and grounds; also don't forget the deer! Fine fitness center and beautiful pool. The maintenance staff is friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

It's really nice. The apartments are beautiful and well equipped - great kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in unit. Good floor plan generally with big luxurious bathrooms. The surroundings are gorgeous, and you get to see deer all the time. It feels like it's tucked away but 183 and 1 are super close. The only two problems are parking - but there is always a spot not terribly far away and it's the kind of place where it's nice to take a walk and enjoy the nature. Also rent is high - but you don't get a place this nice without paying a little extra. I was lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, but I only have a sample size of a few people out of a whole complex so it is difficult to speak with authority. Further, the maintenance guys are the best! They are friendly, funny and get to know you by name. They respond quickly to requests and fix it correctly the first time. Can't say enough about the awesome guys of the maintenance team!
