It is a pretty quiet and very clean apartment community. The staff and residents are very friendly. The location is great being only a 3 minute drive from downtown Austin. The pool is a great place to hang out during the heat of the summer.

It's a comfortable environment. The apartment interior is not the newest on the market, but have plenty of amenities for the cost of rent. Issues regarding maintenance are handled promptly and thoroughly. The residents are friendly and cordial. The grounds are well kept. The pool environment is scenic and festive. The location is awesome. You are literally minutes from downtown, and also a short drive to North Austin if you have to go that way. Overall a great value for the cost.

Our view is back! Thank you so much for the landscaping along the back of the property! I would like to add that having lived in 6 apartment communities, this is the first that I can honestly say listens to it residents. The management team at the Cliffs at Barton Creek is truly an asset to your company.
