The inside of the apartment structure are a little older, but upon initial move-in you have new paint, new carpet, and a nice welcoming start up gifts. Also the staff and maintenance services including the locations is outstanding!

I HAVE told people that Parkside on the Creek is the perfect place to call home. While working out one morning (in our fitness facility), a newer resident shared with me the fact that he almost made the decision to move to the Centreport area rather than here. I shared with him that I moved from there to here rather recently and that he made the right decision in choosing Parkside. This facility is newer, cleaner, better maintained, quieter and has much more nature around! A person feels compelled to be outside exploring, walking, "dog parking" and meeting neighbors. This community is refreshing in the fact that it is less sprawling than most. The office staff knows you by name rather than apartment number. It is also conveniently located close to several expressways. The ONLY thing frustrating about living here is the lack of available unassigned parking!
