Eastbridge is in a great location nearby local restaurants and bars. It's not too noisy, because it's nestled further back from the main road. The management is slowly renovating each apartment with brand new appliances and granite countertops. Parking is not an issue. You do hear your upstairs neighbors walking on their floors, because there is not carpet to muffle footsteps between floors. I would recommend it if you're looking for an Uptown alternative.

Infact I have brought 2 people to the apartment that I met in walking Mason. Whom are now my apartment friends. I would tell them that "The people you will meet here are great, the staff is friendly, and being as small as it is here you are not just an apt number to them. You are and welcomed as family. I love my location here in Dallas, the walking to restaurants and shops, closeness to Downtown and the highway, and near perfect unit to keep my dog happy! Now, I am unemployed. In combination of selling personal items on craigslist, collecting unemployment, and working part time jobs, I have been able to pay my rent on time every month. The only thing bothering me is that I owe approximately $100 for water/trash. I have lived here almost 15 months, and I will eventually have my account balance to zero.
