It's great, we live next to the pool so sometimes it can get a little loud, but other than that its a nice place to live. The price is more than admirable compared to other appartments in the area and no one can be the spacious, smartly designed layouts. The best part is the private backyard, I have never seen an appartment complex that offered such a luxury, I wished it was grass but even without it it's still a great addition, its so much better and private than a balcony and is a great place to relax. You have a reserved space so you have one garaunteed space which is great, and although there is a lot of guest parking, I usually find parking close to my apartment.

Its a nice and safe place,i have nice and friendly neightbors.the rent is cheap.The only thing what i dont like bout this place is the trash everywhere.a lot people dont care they leave the trash everywere.

Living at Shadow Mountain Villas is great. They allow pets which is great because I have a dog named Spotty and we are inseparable. They are also located 5-8 minutes from utep which is great because I'm a student and I don't have to waste gas or wake up too early to get there. The office staff and maintenance are also friendly, so it's definitely a place I would recommend people to check out and possibly live here if they feel the same way as I do.

Its ok.. but whenever you need repairs or maintenance it takes months.

The maintenance keeps it clean. The complex is cleaned every weekday. The neighbors are nice. There is never a problem.

Affordable, but at a price. Neighbors are always partying all night long, and break beer bottles outside in the parking lot and talk loudly outside on patio. If you can get past that its ok.

I have enjoyed my stay at Quail Ridge and would suggest them to someone seeking a new apartment. The staff is friendly and quick to address issues and concerns. The grounds and facilities seem to be well-kept. Thus far in my stay, my neighbors have been quiet nearly 100% of the time excluding a few occasions that were quickly rectified. The community seems safe, and it is near many businesses, shopping centers, restaurants and recreation facilities. All-in-all, I consider it a nice place to live.
