The maintenance keeps it clean. The complex is cleaned every weekday. The neighbors are nice. There is never a problem.

Affordable, but at a price. Neighbors are always partying all night long, and break beer bottles outside in the parking lot and talk loudly outside on patio. If you can get past that its ok.

Very quiet and peaceful community. Corteous leasing and maintenance staff. Landscape needs lots of work as does the exterior of the buildings, even just refresh paint.

its all right but the appartment is over price and, the area is a liitle dull not every floor has a patio as it show in the floorplan, the management aren't willing work out real deals with you everything is by the book with them real inpresonal.

I am overall satisfied with my apartment. The only downs are that i repeatedly had cockroaches but that problem was fixed with 2 trips of the exterminator. The staff, both administrative and workers, are fantastic. All are willing to help you in any way possible, are very courteous and caring, and willing to spend extra time on individuals just to be accommodating even with small things. I have lived in several apartment complexes in my life, and it is a rare occasion to see a staff as dedicated as the ones here, at the Wyndchase apartment.
