I HAVE told people that Parkside on the Creek is the perfect place to call home. While working out one morning (in our fitness facility), a newer resident shared with me the fact that he almost made the decision to move to the Centreport area rather than here. I shared with him that I moved from there to here rather recently and that he made the right decision in choosing Parkside. This facility is newer, cleaner, better maintained, quieter and has much more nature around! A person feels compelled to be outside exploring, walking, "dog parking" and meeting neighbors. This community is refreshing in the fact that it is less sprawling than most. The office staff knows you by name rather than apartment number. It is also conveniently located close to several expressways. The ONLY thing frustrating about living here is the lack of available unassigned parking!

It's a great little community that's very kid-friendly. I see half a dozen kids outside playing all the time, which shows how safe the parents feel it is. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The floorplans are great and the surrounding neighborhood is so convenient!

Lots of families, normally quite but sometimes loud neighbors. Good place to live if you like the grapevine area. Probably a little over priced but seems to be worth it.

Lincoln Vineyards has a family atmosphere that makes me feel at home. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartment is what I was looking for. In my case, I am working away from my main home and was looking for a small apartment within my budget. I have been more than pleased with the quality and size of the apartment. The grounds are just the right size for me. I didn't want to have to drive several miles across one of those Texas sized complexes. Overall a great place to live.

It's much simpler than owning a home, you're a short walk from restaurants and nightlife, but the area still has a small-town feel.

Best place around, without doubt. Might be a little more expensive than others around, but my feeling is and always has been, "you get what you pay for".
