The first time you walk into the office door to see about leasing an apartment, you are greeted by a friendly, professional and courteous staff. They are there for one thing and that is to make you feel welcome and to find the right place for you. I have been in my apartment for three months and I have nothing but great things to say about the apartments and the staff. Thanks!

So far I'm having a great experience at the apartments. The front office glass door change has improved the use of the common area. A water leak above my apartment leaked into my 2nd bedroom. The maintenance start drying out the carpet and removing the padding the next day, and even repaired some other issues I had with doors at the same time. Pancho is a great maintenance manager because he is a solid leader of his team, friendly to us tenants, and observant of maintaining high standards. He should be recognized accordingly. Suggestion: You are using Flash for the website. Change this to a Web 2.0 format so that mobile devices can access the website. Remember, iPhone's do not support Flash content (i.e. the menu on top). It's a really great place to live, my cat loves the place. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, nobody too cranky yet! It's in a great location and the staff is always willing to help.

I have been a resident since September 2011 and have been so happy here. Compared to prices of other complexes in uptown, you can't beat the value you get at Fitzhugh. The apartment layout's are great and the finishes are really nice. There's tons of storage space, which makes it a great place to live. Management is so friendly and is great at responding to any service requests you have. All of the residents are very friendly. I have a dog and I always feel safe walking him, even at night. The community has tons of features for dog owners, including multiple dog parks within the complex. I've lived in a variety of places in Dallas and have been the happiest here by far.

The interior and design of the apartments are the best I've seen in living in different apartments over the past few years. The office staff are friendly, efficient and provide great customer service. The apartments are within a short walk to West Village but it's nice just to walk around the complex. The pools are awesome, neighbor noise isn't too bad and maintenance requests are speedy. It's a nice place to call home!

Very quiet and safe property. Property management extremely courteous and professional. Apartments are modern and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Maintenance staff very prompt and friendly!
