It's overall a nice place to live. Pretty pricy though for the small square footage. You can haer every footstep that walks by in the hallway when passing your door. And when walking in the hallways you can hear right through each person's door. The fire alarm tends to go off from time to time for no reason. I feel like I;m in elementary school doing a fire drill waiting to go back in. That's when the Fire department from across the street finally arrives to silence the alarm. It is conveniently close to downtown Sundance Square and the new development off of 7th Street. Access to the interstate highways are less than 3 minutes away. Pet friendly, Nice staff, social network for LTB is always up to date with things to do.

Its the best decision I have ever made, the location and comfort are perfect. The staff is always willing to help with any request and are always visible. The property is kept cleaned and constantly being maintained

So far everything has been good. Other than a little street noise, the apartment is pretty quiet. The apartment is in good working order. The location is great. So far, I really like living here.

Its really good except for some of the smaller things - The pool Chairs need to be upgraded - damaged. Displays a poor image and also the Grills located throughout the facility need to be repaired or parts replaced, It is a great complex but these two lminor issues just take the shine off a little!
