Vacancy
Parking is impossible if you
are not home at a "golden
hour". I have to park outside
the gate if I come home early
from work, all visitor spaces
are taken as well as the open
resident parking spaces. I
work nights. People
constantly park in areas that
are not meant for parking.
Towing is not enforced.
Reserved parking, in my
opinion would assist in the
parking issue. Efficiency
would have one space assigned,
one & two bedrooms two parking
spaces, etc.
Noise level from Fred's and
Capital Bar are unbearable. I
cannot hear my neighbor above
me but I can hear the music
that is being played 1/2 - 1
block away 6 nights a week.
Management works diligently to
control the pet owners/pets.
The appearance of the property
is awesome. Any issues with
maintenance are addressed
immediately...within 24-48
hours. Hate that the fire
alarms go off so often, but
since we have already had a
fire, guess it is not a bad
thing. (The alarms went off
3-4 times yesterday.
I feel safe when I am out
walking the property, day or
night.
Love the open floor plans and
the option to have a plan
without much carpet, works
great for allergies.
Staff in the office at this
time is great. There was one
woman in the office that
turned everything into my
fault when I came in for any
issues. I would just ask for
Damon so I would not have to
deal with her. Have not seen
her in a month or so, hope she
has moved on to other things.
Damon rocks as a manager, he
takes the time and makes the
effort to make The Lofts a
desireable and happy place to
live.
I have not been able to make
it to one of the get togethers
yet, don't see the notices
soon enough to make plans to
go.
