HOPS is well maintained and so convenient to everything. The customer service is excellent, and the staff here is friently and very helpful. The drive-up appeal is excellent (especially with the trees lit up for the holidays).

I have lived here since April 2008 -- first in a 2BR and now a 3BR. I have always heard the Lincoln Properties were excellent, but this property has exceeded every expectation. It's more than an "apartment complex" -- it is a community of friends and neighbors who look out for one another. It's a staff that knows you by name and is always willing to go above and beyond. It is knowing you can walk at night and feel safe. It's an escape from the city yet very convenient to it at the same time. The Homes also offers recycling with trash pick-up at the door five nights a week, and other conveniences like doggie bags, sidewalks, free movies for check-out, a fitness room with a Precor Elliptical, and activities for residents. It's just an overall great place to call home.

I really like paying online. I pay most of my bills from my bank accounts' web site. I am usually able to pick an account to pay from a list on that web site. I'd like to pay from my bank account so that I have a track-able timeline and accounting is easier for me. My bank is Compass bank (if one is inclined into researching that possibility)... otherwise, I really like this site - it's easy to navigate and doesn't hurt my eyes to look at it. :-}

It is great to pay online for rent! (although, I really like to talk to the wonderful office staff.) I really like the community events such as the pool parties. I wish we had armed guards to protect the gates from those inconsiderate nincompoops that break the normal operations of said gates (they'd have my permission to shoot first). :-} This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived! I love having my own garage (which I actually use to park my truck inside).

The management is so on the ball and so attentive. Maintenance is almost done before I call the need in. I feel like my apartment management WANTS me to stay in this complex. The building I live in is cost efficient in utilities and convenient to all amenities offered. I compliment management all the time. They look at me and know I am renewing my lease. I have had almost four years of an incredible living experience. I am home. I thank Lincoln Property Company for employing such competent and caring staff. I live in an apartment to avoid the hassle of owning a home. Bent Tree Park has made that a reality for me. Thank you Bent Tree Staff and especially Shannon! She is so on top of everything in this complex!
