For the most part it's a pleasant place. The evenings are quiet, no big parties, no loud music. Sometimes the neighbors can be loud (loud children especially, screaming and having squirt guns fights), but thats really no big deal.

It's great! Very quite and peaceful, we are located close to all shopping old and new, the residents are friendly, the fitness room is awesome, the pool is always clean, the maintenance are staff are friendly and quick to respond to a issue even the small ones, The grounds are neat and clean, I have a high school and a elementary school student both are very close and convienant. I love it!!!!

Since the change in management, there has been a lot of general maintenance going on and it is much cleaner and better lit. I LOVE my apartment. It is quiet and this morning I woke up and went out on my balcony to see a calf that had just been born. My sons were able to get up in time to see it stand and walk for the first time! You can't get this in most apartments.

Friendly & efficient staff. Great apartment layout - I rarely hear my neighbors. The maintenance crew is fast and efficient and keep the grounds in excellent shape.

I moved here after my divorce. My number one priority is security/ safety. It's hard for a woman living alone without worrying such things. I love the amenities, parking is no problem.. I have my own garage and I can accomodate 2 cars on my driveway for guests.

MRR became a truly great home for me after a recent divorce. James made the process of application through move in speedy, easy, and enjoyable. Thank you James! I am not at home much, but I look forward to coming home when I do stay here. I really like it. It is clean, quiet for the most part, and the grounds are kept up beautifully. I love the hot spa, so much better than just a hot tub, and it is always clean. For what you get here at MRR, the price of rent I think is right on as it should be. This is a fabulous place. I only wish there were laundry facilities in the clubhouse area. I don't plan to get my own, but oh well...still a 5 star place for sure.

I would say that it is a very pleasant, nice, clean, well maintained apartment complex however there are a few disadvantages to living at this facility. We originally moved here because of the amount of amenities we had, but now we have lost a spa, indoor pool, sauna, and a tanning bed. On top of losing all these amenities we get our renewal quote and the price of rent was raised. Normally when you lose such a vast amount of things rent either remains the same or is lowered in price.

I would tell them it's wonderful. Most of the time the complex is quiet, clean, and looks nice. I'd tell them about all of the extras they have that I take part in, and even those I don't. I'd tell them that I've seen most of the apartment styles in this complex and their isn't one I didn't like. In fact, I have a friend who had just leased an apartment else where who I told about this place and she is counting down the days until her lease is over so she can move here. The only complaint I have is, it does take longer than I'd like to get a response when I'm communicating with the office staff, via this website, after I've left a message.

A little pricey, parking can be tight, and the trash is too far away for most people. Overall, one of the best places. Very well constructed, beautiful apartments and grounds; also don't forget the deer! Fine fitness center and beautiful pool. The maintenance staff is friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

It's really nice. The apartments are beautiful and well equipped - great kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in unit. Good floor plan generally with big luxurious bathrooms. The surroundings are gorgeous, and you get to see deer all the time. It feels like it's tucked away but 183 and 1 are super close. The only two problems are parking - but there is always a spot not terribly far away and it's the kind of place where it's nice to take a walk and enjoy the nature. Also rent is high - but you don't get a place this nice without paying a little extra. I was lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, but I only have a sample size of a few people out of a whole complex so it is difficult to speak with authority. Further, the maintenance guys are the best! They are friendly, funny and get to know you by name. They respond quickly to requests and fix it correctly the first time. Can't say enough about the awesome guys of the maintenance team!
