Moved here from a nearby complex because they were raising my rent. My new place here is 100 sqft bigger for a little less money and I love it! The floor plan is very open and you have lots of flexibility with furniture placement. I honestly don't think anyone even lives around me because I never hear any sounds beyond an occasional laundry load. I've had two minor maintenance requests that were completed the same day and correctly. I'm currently trying to convince my friends to move in so we can have our own little community!

The kitchen counter space is quite large. Living areas are spacious. Management is very attentive and has excellent follow-through. Maintenance team is fast, efficient and friendly as well. I've been here almost 3 years and thoroughly enjoy living here.

Well, Actually I am about to move into The Seasons in Jauary, but when I went to tour the property it was very well kept and the staff was friendly. I love the floor plans they are very spacious and it looks very comfortable. I havent heard or read one bad thing about the apartments. So all I can say is that I am ready to move into my new home!!!

We moved in about a month ago, and we're very happy here. The apartment is large and comfortable, and everything is in good working order. Parking, maintenance and grounds are all good. The office staff is very responsive and friendly. We're really happy we made the decision to come here!! Would recommend it as a great place to live. We don't hear any noise from our neighbors above us, which is even nicer!

It's surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport and freeways. The office staff is always very friendly and attentive to any possible issues you could have. Parking is great. The property is very well manicured and the apartments are a good value compared to other complexes in the area. A little older than everything else on Riverside but it's okay because I have a much bigger apartment with the same amenities compared to the other complexes.

I would say it's good. I don't like how people come in through the back gate. It's like they wait by the gate to get in. It doesn't seem secure so I would suggest someone who's looking to move to this apartment complex to get an apartment toward the front or the middle. I love the CARES group and how they always have something going on! It's a great way to get to know the neighbors and to have fun in a home environment. Also, the managment keeps us in the know about what's going on. If there's been some type of crime in the surrounding communities or issues wiht the business office, they'll let us know.

It has been home for over a year and I've been thrilled with every aspect of living there. Maintenance staff is quick, friendly and helpful, the office staff is always on the ball and so welcoming. The neighbors have been awesome as well.

Great place to llive, I'm a single mom and one of the most important things is safety. It's a nice queit place to live. The staf here is so sweet and I hope I'm able to stay here until its time for me to move into a house.

This complex is a very comfortable and safe place to live. The staff is very professional and helpful in all that they do. I love the turtle pond and I've returned a couple of run-aways. I'm so close to the airport and work with shopping and parks. I've lived here almost two years and intend to stay for many more. When my friends visit me thay are very impressed with my beautiful apartment. I would recomend this complex to anyone!
