I would tell them its a modern living experience for young and mid aged adults. Don't think its a place for someone who has small active toddlers....parking garage too dangerous, and not much for the little ones to do.

I would tell someone the property has a very high end feel and that for the money you get more space then any other apartments I checked out in the area. The openness of the units is great and the granite and stainless in the kitchens is a very nice touch. Also the management team at any property is very important and coming from NY where the doormen and property teams are top of the line, the management team at Briar Forest are the absolute best! They are VERY attentive and a lot of fun.

Its a good secured place to live however the GYM is not up to the mark. Its more than 2 months now that we are having problem with Treadmills and its still the same. The security gate for Parking sometimes is not functional that means its OPEN access for all. For the last 2 days the gate for the parking entrance is not working. To the premium price that we are paying for Rent I think we should get the above 2 items fixed and it should be functional all the time.

The management is fantastic. The area is great, you have everything close by. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I have never felt unsafe in this complex either. My one and only complaint is that I can always hear my upstairs neighbors. They have wooden floors and constantly walk around in heels, and constantly move things around.

They made is so easy to move in! I did not get to see the apartment before I moved and did not know what to expect. The apartments are beautiful and mine was brand new on the inside! They are all they say they are and more! These apartments are so quite, I can hardly believe it! I had to put in a few minor maintenance requests (change battery in smoke alarm, etc) and they all got taken care of same day. It is so nice that there is private garage parking so you don't have to walk around outside your apartment. I have never had such an easy move that made me happy to live somewhere. The apartments are also close to my work, so I can just walk in 10 minutes.

To be completely honest, this place is a bit "ghetto" but its also "cheap" and superbly taken care of. I was in the Navy and my last ship was really old (the 60's) but it was so well taken care of it was still out doing its job. My point is this place is an amazing deal. I literally have only seen 4 bugs in this apartment and I've lived here for 7 months roughly its very clean and well maintained. There has been two people murdered literally on the road I live on within sight from my apartment in the time that I have lived here. That has to be mentioned but that being said I don't "fear for my life" but it does need mentioning if asked. It works out perfect for me, its very easy on my pocket and is less than ten minutes from the office. All around I am very very satisfied with my experience at Sands Point.

it is quit, the people are nice we watch out for each other,when we are home or away. The only set back that i dont like, is the laundery room, the machines are always taking your money. The dryers dont dry the clothes.
