Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review about our community. Vistas is a wonderful location in beautiful Las Colinas and we are glad you find it a nice place to call home. We recently did close down our rent drop box for the protection of our residents payments. A sister community with the same owner had some theft issues and made the decision to do away with this payment option for the protection of resident payments and personal banking information. Because we are open everyday and with all the technology available to us now, it really hasn't been missed by most residents. You may drop off payments inside of the leasing office during regular business hours 7 days a week. Also, paying online for faster service is available to all residents at lincolnapts.com. Hi, Thank you for the great review! We wish that we could offer the use of Visa Cards, but the company that processes our payments could not come to an agreement with Visa. The fees for using a Visa Card would not have been fair to our residents! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you! Sincerely, Grand Venetian Management Team

When you relocate, especially from overseas, it is usually many months before you feel at home again. At Verandah, I felt at home almost the same day after moving in.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review! We definitely appreciate all types of feedback. In regards to your review, unfortunately crime can and does happen just about anywhere. We do have a courtesy officer who lives on site as well as limited access gates. In addition, there are intrusion alarms in each apartment home. Also, we apologize for any service requests that were not handled in a timely manner. I will assure you that we at Verandah consider every resident a priority no matter how big or small your maintenance request is. Please feel free to call or e-mail any service request you may have. Good neighborhood. little pricey compared to near by apartments. Wise they respond faster to work orders. they have to fix or replace small thing in the apartments after we moved and complained. one swimming pool gets dirty very often because of the trees around it, makes it very difficult to use. And I see ducks in the swimming pool, now and then. covered parking is very limited and free parking is more but difficult to find it near to apartments.

Living in apartments is different to say the least. Neighbors are closer in distance but not necessarily in friendliness. Lots of turnover, especially in the 'corporate' apts.

My husband and I sold our house and were dreading renting an apartment again while we figured out where we wanted to go and we promised it would only be a year because we know what apartment living is like and we knew we wouldn’t be able to handle it however...if they had wood floors, and a little bit more storage closets we would live her forever and forget about buying another house. The office staff is probably the nicest people I have met in a long time...truly nice, genuine, and not like the rest...we have looked at a lot of apts and you either get the fake smiles and “everything is wonderful at our apts” or you get the ones that it is just my job & I leave at 5 so just hurry up...the staff are wonderful and I can’t say enough about them. We wanted a place that was nice inside and out, clean, quite, a nice view, good lay out, enough room, a nice porch, and even the stuff you don’t think about...light fixtures, ceiling fans, arches, upgraded doors, cabinets, pretty door knobs...it makes a huge difference. I am proud to have friends over b/c I don’t hear my neighbors ever actually...which I guess could be weird. The neighbors we do have are so nice and just a different class of people; we have even had a couple of them over for dinner just b/c they are so nice in passing. My husband and I said we would pay extra to make sure there aren’t clunker cars, trash everywhere, and not to have teenagers partying at all hours of the night...but to be honest we haven’t had to pay that much extra. The only downfall is I wish it had more storage coming from a house and I wish it had wood floors...other than that...it’s perfect.

I haven't lived in apartment for 20 years and was very hesitant to do so again. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I visited Avington Park and even more pleased after I moved in! I love that the quality of the apartment is above average and the decor is top notch. The fact that the complex is small and the agents, maintenance and on-site police officer know everyone by name is a definite perk! In general, the people renting at this complex are older, wiser and more respectful of others! I've never had a problem with noise or trash or "inappropriate behavior". Perfect for adults, but suitable for children too. I disagree with the "paper thin walls" comment from a previous poster. I never hear my neighbors and I doubt they ever hear me!

The apartments are beautiful, the staff is helpful, love it!!
